01 / OUR STRATEGY
Three perspectives. One energy ambition.
INDIA · UNITED STATES · VENEZUELA
VENERGIX Drilling & Production is a collaborative platform and consortium alliance of long-established upstream oil and gas companies. We bring together experienced operators, technical specialists and delivery partners to support Venezuela’s onshore, offshore, marine and energy sectors.
Our alliance combines complementary capabilities in drilling, well intervention, production support, engineering, equipment manufacturing, marine logistics and energy infrastructure. Together, we provide a coordinated approach to field rehabilitation, operational support and the development of dependable production capacity.
New York anchors finance and investment. Houston connects equipment manufacturing, procurement and mobilisation through the US Gulf Coast. Our Venezuelan presence is established through Atlas Marine Group and local delivery partners.
Supreme Offshore India provides engineering heritage and long-standing energy-sector relationships. Together, the network supports practical field services, drilling, offshore infrastructure and gas-to-energy development.
02 / CORE PRIORITY
Gas to power. Power to production.
Reliable energy supply is central to our approach to Venezuela’s field rehabilitation and wider industrial development.
VENERGIX’s strategy treats power availability as a critical development constraint. Gas-to-power is a core workstream, connecting gas supply, processing and transport with generation and dependable electricity for field operations and industrial users.
OIL-FIELD ENERGY SOLUTIONS
VENERGIX Floating & Mobile LNG
VENERGIX is developing floating and mobile LNG and associated-gas-to-power solutions for oil fields. The approach brings together gas recovery and conditioning, LNG storage and regasification where appropriate, and modular power generation to support field rehabilitation and production.
Solutions will be configured around each field’s gas availability, power demand, infrastructure and operating conditions. Technical scope, equipment selection and deployment remain subject to project engineering and agreed requirements.
Venezuela’s producing fields and emerging offshore gas projects provide a starting point for assessing an integrated gas, LNG and LPG value chain. VENERGIX’s development approach connects resource assessment, processing, infrastructure and customer demand.
01 / NATURAL GAS
Recover, process and supply
Assess opportunities to restore gas production, capture associated gas from oil fields and connect viable offshore resources to market. Gathering systems, treatment, compression and pipelines can support field power, industrial users and reliable gas supply.
02 / LNG PRODUCTION
Liquefy for flexible delivery
Evaluate modular and small-scale liquefaction, with floating LNG concepts where technically and commercially justified. LNG storage, transport and regasification could connect suitable gas supplies with customers beyond pipeline reach and support regional or export opportunities.
03 / LPG PRODUCTION
Recover liquids. Broaden supply.
Where gas composition supports recovery, assess propane and butane separation and fractionation to produce LPG. Storage, bottling and bulk distribution could serve domestic, commercial and industrial markets, alongside potential regional trade.
Develop around the resource and the customer.
Each opportunity begins with gas availability and composition, recoverable volumes, infrastructure condition and an identified market. Feasibility work would define processing routes, LPG yields, LNG scale, power requirements, logistics, environmental performance, financing and offtake arrangements.
Development opportunities only. Capacity, schedules and investment commitments will depend on technical studies, commercial agreements and applicable approvals.
Our priority is to mobilise the services, equipment and infrastructure needed to accelerate field rehabilitation and production enhancement in Venezuela.
